[Dsg-rich] RICH stiffening tool - Load test - final report

Hi Bob,
we are starting the procedures for the construction of the tools for the 
load test and one thing we have to define is the delivery deadline.
Could you tell us possible dates for the load test, compatibly with your 
duties?
