[Dsg-rich] communications!

hello, 

good progress is being made on the RICH. 
much activity (3D printing, fabrication of parts by G&R, generation of parts and assembly diagrams, safety documentation, et. cetera) is going on in parallel. 

given the tight schedule, we cannot afford to lose our stride. 
so, i want e-mails (w.r.t. RICH activities) henceforth sent to the dsg-rich mailing list or cc-ed to tyler, to ensure 
that the good progress is maintained. 

in military parlance tyler is the point man for the DSG group.
