[Dsg-rich] Stiffening tool adapter parts

Hi Ryan,

I need to write a requisition to have some parts made which will attach 
the Stiffening tool you are currently manufacturing to another structure 
here at the lab. I have attached a .zip file with .pdfs of the 
mechanical drawings.

These drawings are in the review phase and there will be some 
corrections. However, I believe there is enough information for you to 
provide a preliminary quote. An official quote will be required later by 
the procurement department.

These components will be purchased through Jefferson Labs procurement 
department (the Stiffening Tool was purchased through INFN/Italy). I 
believe you are familiar with that process, which will include the 
requisite documentation on the welds.

Please let us know if there is further information required for 
quotation purposes.
