[Dsg-rich] RICH mirrors 3 and 4 at JLab

Hello Bob, 

Marco forwarded your email stating that we should send the two RICH spherical mirrors (Mirror 3 and Mirror 4) to CMA for refinishing. 

We have started the necessary paperwork to ship the mirrors from JLab. 

Tomorrow, we will perform a last reflectance measurement on Mirror 4 and then package the mirrors to ship.
