[Dsg-rich] Moved RICH hardware interlock cRIO into cleanroom but not in use

Hello, 

This afternoon, we moved the RICH Hardware Interlock cRIO into EEL 124 to try to use it to monitor temperature over the weekend. 

While setting up the cRIO, we noted that the interlock trip logic did not seem to be working correctly. Because of this, the cRIO will not be used and the cable to the CAEN mainframe interlock input removed.

The cRIO has been left in the RICH rack in EEL 124 and is still powered and connected to the Hall B subnet. We will debug the trip logic on Monday, August 28.
