[Dsg-rich] Updated Drawings for RICH Stiffening Tool additional parts

Hi Bob,
The hardware is being purchased separately. As far as having the parts
fabricated, are you confirming that we can go forward? Meaning you have
review the changes and the drawings are now in compliance with your
previous comments.
We want to make sure these drawings are correct, to eliminate any delay
due to confusion on the part of the fabricator.
As for the hardware, we asked you for the English standard equivalent
for grade 10.9 when we purchased the hardware for the Stiffening Tool.
Your recommendation was grade 8. Should we just buy that grade for these
parts, since they will be used for the load test.
I will ask Dario to remove the hardware grade, per your suggestion.
