"If these drawings are complete I will send them to procurement and they can 
order the fabrications." 



    1. when you say " are complete", y ou really mean to say: have all the corrections that bob suggested ? 
    2. or are you suggesting, bob ensure that all the drawings required for the fabrication are there? 
    3. how many drawings are there, 30 ? 
    4. have you updated the drawing numbers on tyler's database? 
    5. how long can procurement wait, before the PR is no longer valid? 
    6. or to rephrase, how soon does procurement need to have the drawing?

Hi Bob, 

Attached are the three sets of updated drawings produced by Dario 
Orecchini of INFN. He has added changes in accordance with your 
comments. Could you please review them and confirm that the changes are 
made per your comments. 

Per Patrizia's request, Jlab procurement is waiting for me to authorize 
them to proceed with the release of the associated requisitions. If 
these drawings are complete I will send them to procurement and they can 
order the fabrications.
