[Dsg-rich] Updated Drawings for RICH Stiffening Tool additional parts

Hi Bob,
I am going to release the PRs for parts fabrication. We will ask Dario
to make the hardware grade changes when he comes back from holiday.
Unless you say different I will order grade 8 for the rest of the hardware.
