[Dsg-rich] RICH monitoring

hello, 
with regards to monitoring the RICH detector over the x'mas break: 
tyler is going out of state from 12/27/17 to 1/1/18. 
so, schedule someone from hall b to monitor the humidity on a daily basis 
if the humidity goes out of bounds, it'll be most probably because we ran out of gas. 
an e-mail should be sent to dsg-rich. 
two of george/pablo/i will come in and change the gas.
