[Dsg-rich] four dewars installed on manifold, nitrogen flow set to 15 slm

Hello, 

This morning, Mary Ann, Mindy, Pablo, Amrit, and I sealed the top of the RICH at the cable race way with tape. 

We have also installed four dewars in parallel to provide nitrogen over the shutdown. \ 

Flow has been reduced to 15 slm. By Marco Mirazita's study, 15 slm should allow RICH to maintain a constant humidity.
