[Dsg-rich] four dewars installed on manifold, nitrogen flow set to 15 slm

Hi Tyler,
to my understanding your calculations of the nitrogen reserve
was for 30 slm. In principle I have nothing against to run so
low (half the estimate), but in this case we should be ready
to adjust the flow if necessary (i.e. depending on the
external weather conditions). As Andrey is going to monitor
the situation, please take care to explain it how to adjust
the flow in case of problems.
