[Dsg-rich] RICH transfer to trolley

Hello, 

For the transfer of RICH from the assembly structure to the trolley, we will hold a pre-lift meeting on Monday, December 18, 2017 at 10:00AM in EEL 125. Meeting on Monday will allow us to have adequate time to gather all rigging and supplies needed for the lift. 

The lift to move RICH to the trolley in EEL 124 will occur on Tuesday December 19, 2017. DSG personnel available to provide support in the lift will be Marc, Pablo, Amrit, and myself. INFN collaborators Sandro and Dario will also provide support. The procedure for the lift has been developed by Mark Loewus. 

Bob Miller's schedule indicates that Hall B Engineering will get the trolley to EEL 125 on Monday December 18, 2017.
