[Dsg-rich] RICH drilling template location set, drilling holes marked

Hello, 

DSG has confirmed that the RICH base drilling template is in the correct location in the clean room. We have also made sure that the structure is square. 

Holes to be drilled are indicated by blue or black circles with two perpendicular, blue lines pointing to the circle.
