[Dsg-rich] RICH assembly structure anchor drilling complete

Hello, 

The anchor holes for RICH assembly structure have been drilled. Thank you to Calvin Mealer, Todd Ewing, and Sahin Arslan for their help drilling the holes. The threaded rods, leveling nuts, and locking nuts have also been put in place to anchor the assembly structure base plates. 

While drilling the sixteenth and final hole, they hit rebar in the floor. At Amrit's advice, they trimmed ~0.25 inch off of the Hilti anchor so it lies flush with the clean room floor. By Amrit's calculation, this will not compromise the strength of the anchor. 

Attached are pictures showing the completed drilling template with anchoring bolts, a close-up of one assembly structure base plate with threaded rods, and Sahin tightening nuts to secure the base plate to the anchor.
