[Dsg-rich] OSP 63644 (RICH Operations in EEL and Hall B)

Hi Ed, 

DSG management asked me to get in touch with you about your concerns for this OSP. It was written for operations in the EEL and Hall B. All the equipment and services will be the same (All components including the tank, compressor, detector, and electronics will be relocated from the EEL to Hall B), with the exception of the N2 source. In the EEL it will be from gas bottles vs. the boil off from the Hall B N2 service. The gas systems (N2 and Compressed air) will have to run through the Pressure Systems program prior to operations in either area. Dave Meekins is the DA, and it is still in construction phase. Please let me know if there are questions, I will get some answers for you.
