[Dsg-rich] anchored RICH assembly structure base plate dimensions

Hi Tyler,
the measurements are roughly ok, but the distance between the holes on 
the base plates is not so important. What is really relevant for the 
assembly is the distance between the 4 short pillars of the template. 
This distance is fixed by the length of the horizontal profiles, so 
there is not much way to be wrong, apart from the frontal side.
I suggest anyway you measure the distances between the 4 pillars and the 
diagonals.
