[Dsg-rich] anchored RICH assembly structure base plate dimensions

Hello Dario and Sandro, 

Attached is a sketch of measurements between RICH assembly structure base plates. Measurements are shown in inches for the four sides and two diagonals of the drilling template. 

Could you please confirm that these dimension measurements are okay and meet the specification needed to be able to continue the construction of the assembly structure when INFN collaborators arrive in March?
