[Dsg-rich] Update on quote for RICH mirror shipping

Hello Marco Mirazita and Janet, 

I have heard back from Mike Gelhaar regarding the quote for shipping the RICH mirrors. The box that will contain mirrors 2C, 3C, 4C, and 5C is too big to ship via UPS. Mike is currently working on a freight quote for the shipment and will have that shortly.

I apologize for the delay. I'm working on getting a cost to ship these out. It looks like the bottom box listed is actually too big for UPS so I'm working on a freight quote. I should have that shortly to you.
