[Dsg-rich] CLAS12 RICH Assembling THA

Dear Marc,
Hall-B will undergo Accelerator Readiness Review (ARR) next week. As part of 
this review, it is required to answer to the recommendations of CLAS12 ERR. For 
the RICH detector, they deal with the OSP.

To my understanding, you are working on a THA for the RICH assembling
process. May you provide me with an update of the THA status ? I would 
need to send this information to Eugene Pasyuk within today.
