[Dsg-rich] CLAS12 RICH Assembling THA

I have written and submitted an OSP which covers only the assembly of the RICH detector shell in EEL 124, as of today we are waiting on approval from Physics EH&S and Materials Handling.

Dear Marc, 
Hall-B will undergo Accelerator Readiness Review (ARR) next week. As part of 
this review, it is required to answer to the recommendations of CLAS12 ERR. For 
the RICH detector, they deal with the OSP. 

To my understanding, you are working on a THA for the RICH assembling 
process. May you provide me with an update of the THA status ? I would 
need to send this information to Eugene Pasyuk within today.
