[Dsg-rich] Timeline for construction of RICH assembly structure and detector shell

Hi Tyler,
just a couple of things. It could be that we will be able to start 
working already on the 6th, but we will give a confirmation as soon as 
we arrange our trips.
Concerning the load test, am I right that the test will be done with 
1.25 times about 1000 kg of total RICH weight, i.e. about 1250 kg?
