[Dsg-rich] N2 and Cooling distribution

Hi Sandro,

I need a drawing/sketch of the nitrogen and cooling distribution (with 
tube dimensions), and a general flow path, including any manifolds for 
the OSP. The supply lines are 1/2" for compressed air and 1/4" for 
nitrogen. That is the last thing the pressure systems expert has 
requested to sign the OSP. I have already made the other requested 
changes. This does not have to be an official drawing.

Changes: Specify pressure systems awareness for staff and users. Attach 
the gas operation procedure. Specific verbage in the text ("should to 
shall").
