[Dsg-rich] RICH mirror reflectivity procedure and Mirror 3 samples 21 and 22 results

Hello Tyler, 

Reflectance for light with length more than 300 nm has to be near 85-90% (see the attached example). As I can understand from your spreadsheet the column A corresponds to the reference photodiode. It means that all three columns (B,F and G) have to be very close to each other. 
However the Calibration B is different from F and G. It means probably that something happened with the light alignment. It is the reason that your are getting 100% reflectance.
