We have a shipment authorization form waiting to be processed to ship RICH mirrors back to their manufacturer in Arizona from the coating facility in Pennsylvania. This shipment is for the same mirrors shipped in Shipping Authorization #67390 and will be arranged for and processed by Shipping & Receiving in the same way. It is urgent that it is processed as soon as possible as we would like to have the mirrors picked up on Monday July 24. 

At the bottom of the form, I can see that you are all able to sign the approval. Please do so as soon as possible so the shipment can be processed. For convenience, the link to the signatures is below.
