[Dsg-rich] shipping mirrors to cma

hello 
one should consider shipping the two mirrors at jlab to cma as well. 
one might as well get everything done at the same time. 

the detector (estimated time) will be ready and can be installed by late jan 2018. 
(with all features and bells and whistles.) 
meeting the sept deadline is well nigh impossible.
