[Dsg-rich] Questions regarding upcoming RICH tasks and component delivery

Hello, 

We have the following questions regarding details of upcoming RICH tasks and the arrival of RICH components at JLab: 

Aerogel 
1.) When should we expect to receive 2-cm thick tiles? 

2.) Are all previously received 3-cm tiles for RICH at JLab? If not, how many are not at JLab? 


Spherical Mirrors 
3.) What is the timeline for the spherical mirrors to return to JLab? 

4.) Will we need to arrange the shipment of mirrors from CMA to ECI again? 


Planar Mirrors 
5.) When should we expect the planar mirrors to arrive at JLab? 

6.) Are there any acceptance tests that will need to be performed on the planar mirrors? 


Electronics 
7.) When will the electronics assembly begin? 

8.) When do we expect the dark box cover designed for the electronic panel to arrive at JLab? 

9.) Are we still planning on doing preliminary cosmic test with only a small number of PMTs? If so, when will assembly for this begin?
