To do the start-up for both compressors, the appointment needs to be pushed back because one compressor will not be ready until the end of next week. Could we push the start-up appointment back to the week of July 24, 2017?

I passed the information provided to our service schedule.
Typically we require that all connections be made prior to allotting a time, and I can only provide (1) courtesy start up visit. Would it be possible to have both units ready?

Hello Frank,
The serial numbers and information for the compressors we have are below. We will need the factory start-up for Compressor #1.
We have the wires to power the compressor attached, but the power supply we will be using to power the compressor still needs its ground wire attached to ground. This will be done by the time an Atlas Copco representative will be at JLab.
Could give us an estimated time and date for the service appointment?
