[Dsg-rich] Reflectivity tests for RICH spherical mirror 3

Hi Tyler
thank you for these measurements.
I attached my analysis results.
By looking at photodiode A, it seems we can confirm the 2% uncertainty 
in the measurements.
Can you tell if the measured spots have visually good or bad coating?
