[Dsg-rich] Reflectivity tests for RICH spherical mirror 3

Hello Marco Mirazita, 

This morning Mindy and I took reflectivity measurements of RICH spherical mirror 3. 

Attached are results for five spots on the mirror. For each spot, we took two measurement runs. Measurements 1 - 3 were taken with the mirror positioned horizontally. Measurements 4 and 5 were taken with the mirror positioned vertically. Also attached is a sketch of the mirror with approximate location of all measurements. 

Just looking at the results, the reflectivity measurements for all spots are between 85% - 90% for wavelengths 430nm to 650nm.
