On, a separate topic - I received a voice mail message today from UPS (Christopher @ 1-800-506-1308) letting me know you contacted them about the June delivery of two coated mirrors that were received damaged.  They apologized  for the shipment issue and said a UPS representative will be contacting you directly about next steps in investigation.  UPS said they will contact us again after they complete investigation with you, to confirm final results/findings. We will let you know when/if we receive another update.

Attached is the BOL for the pickup. I've been told the truck should be there between 2-4pm today. The trucking company is New Penn Motor Express, Inc.

What destination details should appear on packing list and shipment labels?

Attention (person):

Order (or other) Reference Number:

 

What is the name of the trucking company that is making the pick-up?

 

We appreciate your prompt review and reply. Upon receipt we will label packages accordingly.  Pick-up can happen tomorrow between 8:30 AM-4:30 PM.  Please contact us if arrangements need to be made for an alternate pick-up time. (Before or after hours)
