[Dsg-rich] EEL 121 (small clean room)

Hi Tyler,
the scope of work is to:
1. check how the 3 cm thick tiles sit in the panel
2. mark the holes to drill on the CFRP sholder

After that the panel can be moved outside the clean room to drill few 
holes in the CFRP sholder.
