[Dsg-rich] RICH electronic panel cleaned in EEL 124

Hello Marco Contalbrigo, 

As mentioned in this morning's meeting, the RICH electronic panel has been cleaned to remove any dust that settled on it. 

We also cleaned a small section of the RICH assembly structure to compare the amount of dust that gathers there versus on the electronic panel. 

We will check the areas over the next few weeks to compare the amount of dust gathered in both places. This should tell us whether the dust had just settled on the electronic panel from the room, if the dust was left over from the drilling of the carbon fiber, or if the dust being generated by the carbon-fiber electronic panel.
