[Dsg-rich] rich box

Hi all,
it seems that the box containing the electronic panel support will be at 
jlab sooner that what we thought

Current estimated arrival date is march 13.

As you can see from the attached proforma invoice, the box contains, 
besides the rich stuff, 30 phototubes of the old large angle calorimeter 
that Dipangkar Dutta asked me for his group.
I told him to contact Valery or the DSG to take them.
