[Dsg-rich] RICH assembly lift plan

Hi Doug,

INFN would like to test the full rotation of the RICH shell on Wednesday 
(3/15) morning. For this we would need your help with the lift plan. If 
at all possible the lift plan would need to completed by C.O.B. Monday 
3/13. Amrit has informed me that Sahin can make time in his schedule on 
Monday to come and help you with the development of the lift plan, which 
would in turn give him valuable experience to go with his Master Rigger 
qualification. Please let us know what time and where Sahin can meet you.

I have attached the rotation documentation Sandro and Dario developed 
last evening.
