[Dsg-rich] RICH assembly status 2017-03-24

Hello, 

Today, we rotated RICH back to horizontal. 

In order to do so, we had to: 
1. Remove the detector front panel. 
2. Reattach the lower horizontal bar of the assembly structure. 
2.1. Bar was removed to allow aerial lifts to get closer to detector. 
2.2. Bar is required for horizontal position as detector rests on bar when horizontal. 
3. Remove the upper horizontal bar of the assembly structure. 
3.1Bar is in way of gantry used to lower RICH. 
4. Use winch and gantry to rotate RICH to horizontal position. 

RICH will remain in horizontal position to make it easier to install the exit window.
