Only a person with SAF 403 can connect rigging and operate the winch and chain-falls.

Subject: RICH gantry lift test
Hi Doug and Denny,
Tomorrow morning (3/10 at 0845 in the EEL 124 clean room) INFN and the
DSG will perform a lift (rotation) of the RICH detector shell as
prescribed in the approved TOSP. This will be a brief operation which
should take less than an hour, and it will be observed by Patrizia prior
to the CLAS 12 RICH meeting. Hall B mechanical support is needed in the
form of an addition qualified operator for the gantry 2 ton chain fall.
If a qualified rigger can supervise non qualified chain fall operator,
then the additional support is not needed. I am attaching the TOSP for
review of your operator so they can sign prior to the work.
Thanks in advance for your prompt support.
