[Dsg-rich] RICH slow control

Dear Tyler, 

I noticed that you are working on the RICH slow control now. I just want to bring to your attention that 
we started the design of the RICH slow control previous year. Please take a look to the attached 
documents. The RICH slow control is integrated to the CLAS12 slow control. 
Data communication has to be done through Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System (EPICS) software. 
For GUI interface we are using CS-Studio. BEAST alarm system will monitor all critical parameters of the CLAS12 (and RICH) detector. 
I suggest you to contact Nathan Baltzell to coordinate our efforts. We have to work together on this very important for RICH subject.
