[Dsg-rich] Questions regarding upcoming of RICH tasks

Hello Marco Mirazita and Marco Contalbrigo, 

Now that the spherical mirrors have shipped, we have a few questions regarding upcoming tasks. 

Mirrors: 
1.) When should we expect the mirrors to be shipped back to JLab after their final coating? It was estimated that it will take one month to deposit the final coating on the spherical mirrors, so should we expect the mirrors to arrive at JLab at near the end of June 2017? 

2.) Will JLab Shipping & Receiving need to arrange for the mirrors' shipment back to JLab? We know that the process of arranging the shipment takes about one week. If JLab needs to arrange the shipment from ECI, it would be helpful to get the required information as soon as possible. Information we would need is: quantity of handling units to be shipped, dimensions and weight of handling units to be shipped, cost estimate of mirrors with final reflecting coating, and address that mirrors will ship from. 

3.) Do we plan to repeat the optical measurements (d0 measurements, Shack-Hartmann images) with each individual mirror? If so, we would need both the CCD and light source for the test stand. When could we expect the CCD and light source to return to JLab? 

Aerogel: 
4.) What is the status of Aerogel shipments? 

5.) When should we expect the next shipment of Aerogel at JLab? 

Electronics: 
6.) What is the status of electronic assembly? 

7.) When should we expect to start assembling the electronic panel? 

8.) Have there been any finalized plans on what will be needed for cosmic tests (cooling, nitrogen, interlocks, etc.) and when we would want to take cosmic data? 

Gas System: 
9.) When will the cooling system be required? The DA approval of the entire RICH Gas System is complete. We are waiting for the components to connect power to the air compressors in the EEL. We can push for the compressor's power to be connected sooner if we know a date when it would be needed. 

Interlock System: 
10.) When is the Hardware Interlock System needed? DSG plans on completing the initial development of the system by the end of June 2017. 

11.) Is there a plan for where the internal temperature and humidity sensors will be placed in the detector? 

Assembly: 
12.) For DSG planning purposes, when are INFN collaborators planning to return to JLab for assembly tasks? 

Please let us know so we can begin planning for all of the above tasks.
