[Dsg-rich] Questions regarding upcoming of RICH tasks

Hi Tyler,
I'm working with Dario, Sandro and the others from italian side to set
up a plan for the next RICH assembly efforts. The things to be done are
many and interconnected, so it's not easy to put everything together.
I hope to have soon a first draft we can discuss with DSG and other JLab
people.
