[Dsg-rich] RICH exit window status update 5/19/17

Hello All,

We have completed primary work on the Exit Panel for the RICH. The epoxy cured over night. We trimmed and cleaned the necessary residue off the frame today and have placed the Exit Panel back on the RICH box for safe keeping.

I will construct and distribute a note regarding the Exit Panel and the lifting frame in a few days. I'll include some pictures from this week. The note will include assembly instructions and show the rigging used in the clean room.

We did not have enough time to add the foam gasket to the RICH box.
The addition of foam and the small thickness of the epoxy/tedlar/mylar will require longer 5mm fasteners.
We did not add additional sealant to the seams. We have purchased several tunes of sealant for this purpose, and they are in the cabinet on the back wall. Our additional parts, fasteners, tools, and tape are in a shoe box,  also in that cabinet. The West epoxy and H8100 are in the flammable cabinet. There is plenty of both systems remaining.

David: thank you for your words of wisdom. Your tools are on the cart in the clean room.

Tyler: Thank you for your help and assistance in locating all the extra bits we needed. Would you please return the 12 C clamps to Mark Hoegerl in the Target group. The clamps are on the cart in the clean room.
