[Dsg-rich] upper limit on flow +leakage rate of N2

going over the calc we did around 1700hrs today for the upper limit on the flow+ leakage rate of N2: 

1 week has ~10,000 minutes 
1 dewar of N2 (235 liquid liters) ~ 165000 liters of gas 
so @ 1 SLM flow +leak, a 235 liquid liter dewar will last ~16 weeks. 
xmas break is ~ 2 weeks, so flow +leak should be no more than 8 slm. 

if we budget 7 SLM for flow and 1 SLM for leak , 
we will have ~ 2 vol exchanges (5000 liters N2 vol) per day over xmas break.
