[Dsg-rich] Test lift of electronic panel after lunch

Hello, 

This afternoon, INFN collaborators would like to perform a test lift of the assembled electronic panel to ensure the panel is balanced before the actual lift. 

The general plan is to move the panel under where a hoist is currently located and then lift it only a small amount to check that the panel is balanced.
