[Dsg-rich] Test lift of electronic panel after lunch

Hi Mark,

If you are available this afternoon (~1:15) we will be doing a test lift 
of the electronics panel. The actual lift will be done in the morning, I 
think INFN just wanted to see how things look before tomorrows lift, but 
this may provide valuable info for the real thing.
