[Dsg-rich] RICH interlock

Dear all,
after the power cut of last night we are we are stuck with the
RICH gas tests, as we lost IOC connection to the RICH interlock
cRio. We can ping into richcrio.jlab.org so it seems alive.

But when we try a hard reboot the IOC we got the error message:

softioc_console -r iocrichIntlk error: Pseudo-terminal will not
be allocated because stin ids not a terminal.

softioc_console -r iocrichIntlk error: ssh: connect to host
svtsystem1 port 22: no route to host

so it seems svtsystem1 could not be reached. We had to
reboot all the computers in the clean room this morning as
they went off at the power cut. We are wondering if also
svtsystem1 has to be manually recovered.

May you provide any advice or help ?
