[Dsg-rich] EEL 124/125 power and Room temperature

Hi Walt,

The DSG manager would like to ensure that power will remain on during 
the holiday shutdown in December for rooms 124 and 125 in the EEL. The 
RICH detector may be using the compressor during that period to supply 
air. Additionally, the system used to monitor detector conditions will 
need to be powered.
