[Dsg-rich] Second leak test this morning

Sandro said the air was coming out of the bubbler at too high a rate and requested the flow rate be reduced. 

Flow is now set to ~90 slm.

Tyler and I turned on the fans (both are on their highest setting) for the epanel. 

The air compressor is now connected to the N2 volume and is currently flowing ~150 slm.
