[Dsg-rich] Second leak test this morning

After re-taping the fake e-panel again the we saw the bubbler going at ~50 slm @ low 0.2x iwc.

It actually will still bubble at ~mid 40s, so the leak rate has improved by about a factor of 6 since the first test.

There are still leaks around the exit panel, but after discussions with Marco/Sandro/Dario these will be sealed with silicone/RTV as one of the last steps before the RICH leaves the cleanroom.

The frontal panel is much improved with the new gasket, but still should be taped as there are a few leaks between the screw locations along with switching to plastic washers once they arrive.

Sandro/Dario will also add more sealant to the bulkhead/passthrough area.
