Hi Brian,
as you know from the Sengjoon mail, there's some problems in order to 
realize the requested 3d components.
Unfortunately the required components should be installed sooner and we 
will need them in a few days.

So I would like to understand if the problem of "support" mentioned by 
Sengjoon means that, the cartridges of the "support material" are 
currently not available and therefore the times for the components 
realization are surely longer than a week.
