[Dsg-rich] Upgrade to the RICH Valve panel

Hi Bob and Matt,

I have attached two diagrams with the changes which we need to make 
today. The N2 change is the most critical, due to the installation of 
the Aerogel. I will contact you this morning to discuss any issues you 
may have with the change.
