[Dsg-rich] EEL 124/125 power and Room temperature

Thanks Walt,

Do we contact you about the room temperature? We would like to try to 
raise the temperature to 78 degrees, in order to lower the ambient 
humidity. If we can test this now, it will give us information on 
options during the shutdown.
